摘    要:针对锦纶6帘子线易收缩、强度低等性能方面的不足,对其戍品纤维再次进行热处理试验,以研究纤维收缩机理和规律,进而明确工艺调整方向.研究认为,热处理温度、时间、张力是其收缩率的主要影响因素,并且也依赖于纤维解取向程度和结晶度的大小.根据这种设想,在实验室中已获得了收缩率小于4%、强度为7.3cN/dtex、断裂伸长率为22%的锦纶6帘子线。

Abstract:Due to the disadvantages of low strength and easy shrinkage of nylon 6 tire cord, the finished fibers are treated by annealing. The mechanism of shrinkage of the fiber is investigated which is used for the processing technology of nylon 6. The results show the annealing temperature, time and tension to be the main factors for the shrinkage,and the degrees of disorientation and the crystallinity also play an important role in it. According to the above ideas, the nylon 6 tire cord with high strength above 7.3 cN/dtex, breaking elongation around (22%) and low shrinkage below 4% is obtained in a laboratory.
