摘    要:研究了YJ657碱性药芯焊丝药芯粉的成分配比对焊接工艺性能的影响。结果表明:在MgO-SiO2-CaF2组成的碱性渣系中,用一部分氟硅酸钠代替萤石,不仅能提高焊接电弧的稳定性,而且能减少焊接飞溅,但锆英石不能改善MgO-SiO2-CaF2组成的碱怀熔渣的脱渣性。开发出了焊接工艺性能良好,焊缝金属强度和低温冲击韧度高的YJ657碱性药焊丝。

Abstract:The percentages of the flux composition in YJ657 basic flux cored wire which affected the welding technology of basic flux cored wires had been studied. The results studied show that welding arc stability can be improved and welding spatter can be decreased if part of CaF2 was substituted by Na2SiF6 in flux powders, the slag detachability of the weld metal can not be improved with ZrSiO4 in basic slag system consisted of MgO-SiO2CaF2. The YJ657 basic flux cored wire with good welding technology, high strength and high low temperature impact toughness value in weld metal has been developed.
