摘    要:文章提出了影响S109FA-SS燃气轮机联合循环机组两班制启动速度的主要因素为:高压缸金属温度与高压主蒸汽温度匹配时间过长、天然气温升慢等,并从运行操作、逻辑设计等方面提出了相应的改进措施,如加快高压缸金属温度和高压主蒸汽温度的匹配速度和加快燃机燃烧室入口处天然气温升等,从而达到提高机组两班制启动速度的目的。

Abstract:The paper puts forward that,the main factor to affect the two-shift system start-up speed of S109FA-SS gas-steam combined cycle unit are: the matching time of high pressure cylinder metal temperature and high pressure main steam temperature being too long and the temperature rise of natural gas being slow etc.The paper puts forward the relevant improvement measures in the operation and logic design etc. aspects,so as to attain the goals of raising the two-shift system start-up speed of the unit.
