| 摘 要： | 通过分析目前现代远程教育中比较紧迫的4类决策问题，介绍了一种基于模型库的远程教育智能决策支持系统框架下的IDSS的设计与实现，讨论了系统建模及算法实现、模型的存储、模型库的管理及维护等技术。
