高锰酸钾复合药剂强化过滤微污染水质的效能研究

摘    要:初步探讨微污染水质对过滤失效的影响及致因,并对高锰酸钾复合药剂(CP)强化过滤微污染水质效能进行研究,试图提出水体污染条件下强化处理的概念。在不同污染水质条件下进行了生产性试验,采用多种常规和强化处理工艺对比的方法研究CP对微污染水质强化过滤的效能。研究中发现:CP强化过滤对微污染水中色度、浊度、藻类和有机物的去除效果理想,优于预氯化工艺等工艺的去除效果。

Abstract:The effect and causation of filter failure by polluted water were discussed. The efficiency and mechanism of enhanced filtration with composite potassium permanganate (CP) pretreatment process in polluted water treatment were studied. And the concept of enhanced treatment (enhanced coagulation and enhanced filtration) in polluted drinking water treatment was elaborated. The plant scale experiments result showed the excellent efficiency of enhanced filtration in removal of turbidity, color, alga, odor, organic contaminate and withstanding the change of turbidity by CP pretreatment process, which excelled the efficiency of prechlorination and PFS coagulation process.
