| 摘 要： | “人的全面发展”有其特定的内在规定性,大学生全面发展的内涵也具有时代性。在促进人的全面发展的过程中,作为教育之主导的政府,应围绕这一目标,针对社会现状和高校教学中存在的问题,采取相应措施,稳步实施人的全面发展。

| Abstract: | "All-round development of the human beings" is a conception with a specific connotation,and "the all-round development of college students" is always defined by the time.In acceleration of our prople's all-round development,the government,as a leading factor,should take into consideration our social reality and problems in the higher education,and make every effect to carry out this strategy. |
