前列腺素E2对未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征体外受精-胚胎移植结局的影响

目的 探讨前列腺素E2(PGE2)对未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)患者接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕过程中卵母细胞、胚胎质量、受精率、卵裂率、妊娠率等结局的影响.方法 随机选择首次接受IVF-ET治疗的LUFS患者20例为LUFS组;同期就诊因男方或输卵管因素接受IVF-ET治疗的患者20例为对照组.2组均于HCG日留取血清测定雌二醇(E2)水平,并于取获卵日留取无血卵泡液测PGE2水平.结果 与对照组比较,LUFS患者卵泡液中PCE2水平明显降低(P<0.01),HCG日血清E2水平及获卵数、受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率及妊娠率均降低(P均<0.05).结论 PGE2可能影响LUFS患者卵子的发育、卵母细胞的质量,进而影响胚胎的质量,降低妊娠率.

Effect of Prostaglandin E2 on patients with luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

Objective To investigate the effects of Prostaglandin E2(PGE2)on oocyte,embryo quality,ferrtilization rate,cleavage rate,pregnancy rate of patients with luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS) during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods 40 cases of infertility women undergone IVF-ET were divided into two groups according to their respective pathogenesis.20 cases caused by LUFS were defined as LUFS group,and 20 cases caused by the other factors were as the control group The serum level of estradiol(E2) was detected the same day after injection of human chorionic gonadotrophin,and the level of PGE2 in follicular fluid(collected when the eggs were taken out) were measured.Results The level of PGE2 in follicular fluid of the LUFS group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the level of serum E2,the number of oocytes,ferrtilization rate,cleavage rate,good embryo formation rate and pregnancy rate were significantly lower in LUFS group(P<0.05).Conclusion PGE2 maybe impact the ovular growth and quality,and decrease embryo quality and pregnancy rate in patients with LUFS during IVF-ET.
