摘    要: 地应力是地下工程围岩变形、破坏的根本渊源,地应力的大小和方向是进行地下各种岩土工程稳定性分析的主要依据。综采放顶煤是目前厚煤层普遍采用的开采方法,合理的护巷煤柱尺寸不仅对工作面提高煤炭回收率,而且对消除因煤柱引起的灾害和不利影响具有重要意义。本文针对姚桥煤矿具体地质技术条件,采用空芯包体应力解除测量技术在-650水平东七煤仓附近的7#煤层老顶砂岩中进行了地应力测量,分析得出了三维地应力结果。在此基础上,采用数值模拟计算方法,对姚桥煤矿中央采区7001综放工作面沿空顺槽护巷煤柱宽度进行了优化分析,得出了护巷煤柱的合理尺寸。工程实践表明,该方法确定的煤柱尺寸合理、可靠,为综放回采巷道的合理布置及护巷煤柱参数的合理确定提供了科学依据,这对于高地应力区域巷道合理护巷煤柱宽度的留设具有重要参考意义。

Numerical simulation study with ground stress survey on determination of rational width of chain pillar in full-mechanized roadways driving along next goaf
Abstract:The ground stress is one of primary factors to affect wall rock stable. The magnitude and direction of in-situ stress are main basis for stability of all kinds of geotechnical engineering. The mining method of fully mechanized sublevel caving is commonly adopted in thick coal seam, and a reasonable width of chain pillar could not only improve recovery of coal face, but also has important significance to eliminate the disasters and adverse effects caused by coal pillar.This article uses hollow inclusion geo-stress survey relieving technology. It carries out the stress survey relieving technology in the main roof sandstone of seven coal seam which is closed to the dongqi bunker at -650 level of Yaoqiao Coal Mine, and analysis the result of three-dimension ground stress. On this base, using numerical simulation method, it carries out calculation and optimization analysis to the width of chain pillar of full-mechanized roadways driving along next goaf in the 7001 working face of Yaoqiao Coal Mine. It could get a reasonable width of chain pillar. The engineering practices indicate that the width of coal pillar determined by this method is reasonable and reliable, could be used as a scientific basis for the reasonable layout of roadway and the parameters determination of coal pillar protecting roadway in fully mechanized top-coal caving face. It could provide the important reference value to carry on a reasonable width of chain pillar for high ground stress region.
