丹红注射液对脑梗死患者血浆抵抗素和瘦素浓度的影响

目的:观察丹红注射液对脑梗死患者血浆抵抗素和瘦素浓度的影响,探讨丹红注射液用于脑梗死治疗的机制.方法:80例脑梗死患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例.对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组接受常规治疗加用丹红注射液治疗.脑梗死患者静脉血在入院时、入院后第1、2、3、7和14d获得,ELISA测定血浆抵抗素和瘦素浓度.结果:治疗前,治疗组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分较对照组显著下降(P<0.05).入院时,治疗组血浆抵抗素和瘦素浓度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),人院后第1、2、3、7和14d,治疗组血浆抵抗素和瘦素浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:丹红注射液可能通过抑制脑梗死后炎性反应,从而达到改善神经功能的目的.

Effect of Danhong Injection on Plasma Resistin and Leptin Concentrations in the Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on plasma resistin and leptin concentrations in the patients with acute cerebral infarction and discuss its mechanism. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction were divided to control group and treatment group. Each group had 40 cases respectively. Control group received ordinary therapy, and treatment group received ordinary therapy and Danhong injection. Plasma samples were obtained on admission and at days 1,2, 3, 7, and 14 after cerebral infarction in the patients. Plasma resistin and leptin concentrations were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Protreatment, the difference of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores between treatment group and control group was not signifi- cant （P 〉 0.05）. Posttreatment, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Upon admission, plasma resistin and leptin concentrations in treatment group were not prominently lower than those in control group （both P 〉0.05）. However, at days 1,2, 3, 7, and 14 after cerebral infarction, plasma resistin and leptin concentration in treatment group were obviously lower than those in control group （ all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Danhong injection could inhibit inflammatory reaction, and further improve neurological function after cerebral infarction.
