| 摘 要： | 采用ＳＯＰＨＹ ＤＳ７ 型ＳＰＥＣＴ对５０ 例正常人心血池显像资料进行统计分析并与国内不同单位在不同仪器上所获各项左心功能参数作比较，结果显示ＧＥＦ、ＰＳＨ与多数文献报道一致，而ＰＥＲ、ＰＦＲ等指标则有明显差异，提示在判断结果时，除ＧＥＦ和ＰＳＨ可参照公认正常值外， 其余各项指标制定自身标准，以便统一诊断。

| Abstract: | The left ventricular functionparameters of 50 normal people who accepted gated cardiac blood-pool imaging with SOPHYDS7 SPECT were analysed and compar ed in different hospital with different SPECT. Theresults showed that there wer e no difference with most reference material in GEF,PSH,butPER and PFR differ f rom each other in few hospital. Therefore, we suggest that exceptGEF, PSH refer to accepted normal value standard, the other parameters should establishits o wn normal value. |
