| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨聪灵胶囊抑制血小板凝集、抗血栓形成的作用.方法:建立动一静脉旁路血栓形成模型,喜得镇作为阳性对照药,研究聪灵胶囊对大鼠血栓形成的影响.结果:聪灵胶囊高中剂量组及阳性对照组的血栓湿重均明显降低,与空白对照组相比,具有显著性差异(P＜0.05),聪灵胶囊高中剂量组与阳性对照组相比无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:聪灵胶囊具有一定程度的抑制血小板凝集、抗血栓形成的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the inhibition of platelet aggregation and thrombosis by Congling Capsule.Methods:Thrombosis model was produced by putting a silk filament into plastic tube then inserting it between right common carotid artery and left external jugular vein, with hydergine as control. Wet weight of thrombus was measured .Results: Compared with the non-treatment group,the wet weight of thrombus in hydergine treatment group and high and medium dosage Congling Capsule groups was significanly declined (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between high or medium dosage Congling Capsule treatment group and hydergine treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Congling Capsule is an effective Chinese herbal preparation for inhibition of platelet aggregation and thrombosis. |
