合成气脱二氧化碳的技术进步

摘    要:从塔内件改造的角度讨论脱碳系统的扩产改造,从填料、分布器的选用和再生塔结构等方面分析了获得最佳改造效果的方法,通过改造实例表明,改造后MDEA法产量提高122%,碳丙法产量提高112%,且净化气中CO2达标。

Abstract:The capacity-expanding reformation in the de-carbon system was discussed from the point of view of reforming the internal of column, the method obtaining the most optimal reformation effect was analyzed from aspects of selection of packing and distributor, and the structure of regenerator etc. , it is indicated through the example of reformation, that production capacity with MDEA method after reformation is increased by 122% , and by 112% with the method of propylene carbonate, moreover purified gas CO2 can reach the standard requirement.
