低冰镍氧压水浸试验研究

摘    要:针对低冰镍现有处理工艺的不足,研究了低冰镍一种新的处理工艺——氧压直接水浸低冰镍,并对水浸的条件进行了条件优化实验。优化后水浸条件以温度175±5℃,浸出时间2.5 h,氧分压1.6 MPa,转速600r/min为宜。在优化条件下,低冰镍浸出率:Ni≥98%,Cu≥99%,Co≥99%,Fe<16%,为后续镍、铜、钴的分离创造了有利条件。

Abstract:For the defects of existing treating process of low nickel matte, a study on its new treating process, that is, low nickel matte is immersed directly in water under oxygen pressure, and its optimization test on water leaching condition were carried out. After optimization, the optimal water leaching condition includes leaching temperature of 175 ± 5℃, leaching time of 2.5 hours, oxygen partial pressure of 1.6 MPa, stirring speed of 600 r/min. The leaching recovery of low nickel matte was as follows under optimized condition: Ni was greater than or equal to 98%, Cu and Co were both greater than or equal to 99%, and Fe was less than 16%, which created advantages for the subsequent separation of nickel, copper and cobalt.
