摘    要:为适应小型化、模块化需要,应用微机械加速度传感器设计了集成化的触发引信惯性敏感装置.介绍该装置的结构组成、基本工作原理.特别重点介绍了微机械加速度传感器的结构设计、加工工艺流程.通过冲击动作特性、环境适应性、电路匹配性、高速碰撞验证等试验验证,结果表明该装置性能满足触发引信的安全性和作用可靠性要求,具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:In order to adapt to miniaturization and modularization demand of missile impact fuze,an integrated micro-mechanical inertial sensitive device was designed for the impact fuze based on micromechanical accelerometer.The basic working principle,structural composition of the device was introduced with focuses on structural design and processing technique of the micro-mechanical accelerometer.
