摘    要:实验室研究了Ni含量对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响,通过力学性能测试和金相显微组织和TEM结构分析,研究结果表明:随Ni含量的增加,δ-铁素体含量减少,As点降低;在相同回火温度下,随Ni含量的提高,强度增加。随淬火冷却速度的降低,强度下降,且Ni含量越高,强度下降的幅度越小;随时效后冷却速度的降低,强度增加,且Ni含量越高,强度增加的幅度越大。Ni含量控制在中上限容易满足技术条件的要求。

Abstract:Effect of Ni content on the microstructures and mechanical properties was studied experimentally on stainless steel 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb by means of optical micrograph and TEM , as well as mechanical property tests . The result shows that the content of δ-Ferritic would be reduced and As point would be fallen , and the strength would be increased at the same aging temperature with the increase of the Ni content .The strength reduced with the slowing of the cooling rate during quenching,and the more the Ni content is , the less the strength reduced . The strength increased with the slowing of the cooling rate after aging, and the more the Ni content is, the more the strength increase. It is easy to satisfy the specification to control the Ni content to the middle or upper limit of its specification.
