Abstract:WT5”BZ]Adopting fracture mechanics K concept,the fracture applicability criteria of 14MnNbq steel for welded bridge components are established. The maximum thickness table in which are included component classification, service temperature and steel toughness class is proposed. The results exhibit a good agreement with the British bridge specification BS5400. [WT5”HZ]
