硫酸催化法合成双酚芴的改进研究

摘    要:对硫酸法合成双酚芴进行了改进,将芴酮苯酚反应过程中引入了甲苯溶剂,有机相与水相分离后,将有机相精馏回收甲苯及过量的苯酚.结果显示当苯酚芴酮分子比为6∶1,催化剂硫酸用量为硫酸:芴酮的物质的量比为0.5,β-巯基丙酸与芴酮的物质的量比为0.05‰,反应温度45℃,反应2.5h,双酚芴的收率可达94.6%,苯酚的回收率可达到89%.双酚芴的纯度为99.2%(液相色谱分析).

Study on Improvement of Synthetic Method for Bisphenol Fluorene Catalyzed By Sulfuric Acid

Abstract:The synthetic method for bisphenol fluorene (BHPF) catalyzed by sulfuric acid was improved.The toluene solvent was introduced in the reaction process of fluorenone phenol,,after the separation of organic phase and water phase,the toluene and excess phenol was recovered by distillation of organic phase.The result indicated that when the molar ratio of phenol to fluorenone,sulfuric acid to fluorenone and β-mercapto-propionic acid to fluorenone was 6∶1,0.5∶1 and 0.05‰ respectively,the reaction temperature was 45℃,and the reaction time was 2.5h,the BHPF yield could reach 94.9%,the recovery rate of phenol was 89%,and the purity of BHPF was up to 99.2% (determined by HPLP analysis).
