老年妇科患者手术79例临床分析

目的:探讨70岁以上老年妇科患者手术的必要性、可行性及存在的风险和影响预后的相关因素。方法:选择79例70岁以上住院老年患者接受妇科手术的资料,对老年患者术前的全身情况及麻醉和手术方式进行综合评估。结果:子宫脱垂18例,子宫肌瘤5例,卵巢良性肿瘤30例,卵巢恶性肿瘤10例,宫颈疾病7例,子宫内膜恶性肿瘤8例。全组发生各种并发症,合并高血压28例,糖尿病30例,心率失常脏11例,冠心病7例,呼吸系统疾病7例(慢性支气管炎、肺活核、肺气肿)脑血栓1例,贫血5例,均痊愈出院。结论:对老年妇科患者,只要进行认真的术前综合评估和充分准备,以解除病痛、提高生活质量为目的,同样能胜任妇科各类手术并顺利康复。
