摘    要:近年来,由于油气管道腐蚀产生的泄漏、破裂和穿孔等事故日益频繁,对油气管道实施在线无损检测对于维护其本身结构的完整性具有十分重要的意义.目前应用较多的油气管道无损检测技术主要有电磁超声和脉冲涡流检测技术等,但其检测效率较低,无法做到管道本体全覆盖检测,其应用范围受到限制.相比之下,磁致伸缩超声导波检测技术具有检测效率高、...

Abstract:Pipeline corrosion accidents are becoming increasingly frequent in recent years,such as leakage,rupture and perforation.Therefore,online nondestructive testing is of great significance to maintain integrity of pipeline structure.At present,electromagnetic acoustic transducer and pulsed eddy current testing are the most widely used technologies.However,they still have weaknesses such as low test efficiency,low test coverage and limited application.In contrast,magnetostrictive ultrasonic guide wave detection has excellence performance in all these aspects.Its principle and main influencing factors were introduced.Online detections were carried out on outlet pipeline of absorption tower and inlet pipeline of high-pressure air cooler.The facts proved that the technology has good feasibility and practicability in pipeline corrosion detection.
