添加剂对胶粉改性沥青性能的影响规律研究

摘    要:为了探究多聚磷酸、马来酸酐和硫磺3种添加剂对胶粉改性沥青性能的影响规律,制备了各添加剂在不同掺量时的胶粉改性沥青,通过试验测定其25 ℃针入度、软化点、5 ℃延度、25 ℃弹性恢复率、135 ℃运动黏度和存储稳定性能,确定了各添加剂的最优掺量,并借助动态剪切流变试验,对比评价了各添加剂在其最优掺量下胶粉改性沥青的高温流变性能和抗短期老化性能。

Study on Influence Law of Additives on the Properties of Rubber Powder Modified Asphalt
Abstract:In order to explore the influence of three additives of polyphosphoric acid, maleic anhydride and sulfur powder additives on the properties of rubber powder modified asphalt, the rubber powder modified asphalt with different additives was prepared, and its penetration at 25 ℃, softening point, ductility at 5 ℃, elastic recovery at 25 ℃, kinematic viscosity at 135 ℃ and storage stability were measured by experiment, and the optimum dosage of each additive was determined. On this basis, by means of dynamic shear rheological test, the high temperature rheological property and short-term aging resistance of rubber powder modified asphalt with the optimum content of different additives were compared and evaluated.
