摘    要:上海兴业银行大厦深基坑周边建筑物和管线密集,环境保护要求严格;采用了支护结构与主体地下结构全面相结合的支护方式.施工方案采用了分区挖土、降水、水平结构体系施工、竖向支承系统施工及上下部结构同时施工等全逆作法施工工艺.采取了特殊的施工措施,结合信息化施工,确保了基坑工程施工顺利、安全的进行;保证了周边环境的安全,并取得了良好的经济效益.

Abstract:The deep foundation pit of the Shanghai Xingye Bank Building was supported with the substructure of the main building. Many buildings and pipelines are distributed around the excavated site and the requirement for protection of the environment is very strict. In the construction scheme, some construction techniques were considered, including zoned excavation, dewatering, construction of the horizontal supporting system and vertical propping system, and construction of superstructure and substructure at the same time. Special countermeasures as well as information construction technology were adopted to ensure the success of the construction. As a result, the environment was safe and good economic benefit was also obtained.
