炉内喷钙及尾部增湿活化脱硫的中间试验研究

摘    要:对炉内喷钙及尾部增湿活化脱硫技术进行了中间试验研究,株洲烟煤的含硫量较低,当钙硫比为2.67,增湿量为18.6kg/h时,脱硫率达到75%,吸收剂利用率为28.1%。可以满足目前燃煤锅炉脱硫的需要。

Abstract:A pilot plant study was conducted of the desulfurization technology by way of in furnace limestone injection and tail section moisture addition induced activation. In the case of Zhuzhou bituminous coal with a relatively low sulfur content a desulfurization rate of 75% can be attained with an absorbent utilization rate of 28.1% if the calcium sulfur ratio is 2.67 and the moisture addition 18.6 kg/h. Currently, this is enough to meet the desulfurization requirements of coal fired boilers.
