摘    要:大型旋转注水机组是油田采油生产中广泛采用的关键设备 ,耗能很大。为实现对注水机组工作状态的节能优化和机组设备的安全运行 ,研制了智能优化控制系统。节能优化控制的主要目标是 :在满足配注条件的情况下 ,使注水系统总的能耗函数最小。该控制系统由神经网络自适应控制、泵出口阀门调节和进退法最优参数搜寻等部分组成。通过神经网络自适应控制对运行参数进行优化 ,并在神经网络优化的基础上 ,利用进退法在当前运行参数的基础上寻求更优的运行参数。在运行安全区内调节泵出口阀的开度 ,使注水泵排量逼近优化排量 ,以降低注水单耗。工业现场实际运行的结果表明 ,控制系统可以在机组安全区范围内降低注水单耗 ,节能优化效果明显。

Abstract:To realize energy-saving optimization and safe operation of large rotary water flooding sets, an intelligent optimizing control system is developed. The main aim of optimizing control is maximizing the total energy consumption of the water flooding system under the condition of meeting the demand of injection allocation. The control system is made up of neural network direct adaptive control (NNDAC), the valve-adjustment and the search of optimum parameteres by trying trial-and-error procedure and so on. Parameters are optimized with NNDAC and by trying trial-and-error procedure, valves are adjusted to make the real outflow of pumps approximate the optimal outflow in the aim of reducing the unit consumption of water flooding. The application of the control system reveals that the unit consumption of water flooding can be reduced in a safety range and the effect of energy-saving optimization is appreciable.
