长江青草沙水源和黄浦江水源混合原水的混凝沉淀处理工艺

摘    要:针对冬季长江原水和黄浦江原水的水质情况,通过混凝剂种类、混凝剂投加量、不同混凝沉淀条件几方面对两种原水及其以不同配比混合后原水的处理进行研究。结果表明,聚硫氯化铝(PACS)和聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)在处理低温混合原水时比硫酸铝节省投加量,浊度降到最低值时长江原水所需混凝剂硫酸铝的投加量为40~50 mg/L,低于黄浦江原水所需的60 mg/L,两种降速絮凝状态对混合原水处理效果相近,为保证常规处理后水质达标,冬季黄浦江和长江原水混合比例最好不超过3∶7。

Abstract:Based on raw water quality of the Yangtze River and the Huangpu River,treatment of two kinds of raw water and their mixed water in different ratios were studied with different coagulants,dosage and coagulation conditions.The results show that the dosages of treatment of mixing raw water with polyaluminium chloride sulface(PACS) and polyaluminium ferric sulfate(PAFS) at low temperature are lower than one of aluminum sulfate.When turbidity reaches minimum value,the dosage of coagulant aluminum sulfate for the Yangtze River raw water is 40~50 mg / L,which is lower than 60 mg / L for Huangpu River raw water.The effects of treatment at two designed conditions are similar.In order to ensure the water quality after conventional treatment in winter,ratios of mixed raw water of Huangpu River and Yangtze River ought to be less than 3∶7.
