热管换热器在电机冷却器中的应用

为解决火电厂及工业生产领域中大功率电动机背包式水冷却器因发生管裂漏水、管面结露而危及电机安全运行的问题，应用热管理论和技术成果，设计了热管式气－ 水冷却器取代原来的冷却器。利用热管的换热特性、设计方法、制造工艺和结构特点等，论述了解决上述问题的理论和实践的可行性，做到即能满足换热要求，且所需费用少、实施难度小、不改变原有设备及系统。

Application of Heat-Pipe Heat Exchanger to Electromotor Cooler

In order to solve the problem of endangering the function safety due to water leakage and junction leakage of high power electromotor pack cooler in power plant and industry field,heat-pipe theory and technology achievement are applied to design heat-pipe cooler instead of the original one.The theoretical and practical feasibility are expounded with the heat exchanging characteristic design method,processing technique and structure characteristic of heat-pipe,which not only meets the requirements for heat exchanging,but also cost little,is easy to beemplemented and in no need to change the original equipments and system.
