摘    要:采用二次回归正交组合设计,进行西洋参愈伤组织、胡萝卜愈伤组织生长率的研究。试验因子为3种植物激素:2,4-D、IAA和ZT。每个因子设5水平,共17个处理。首先利用SPSS统计分析软件对生长率试验结果进行参数回归分析和统计检验。然后用Matlab软件分别绘制2种植物愈伤组织生长率趋势图。最后分别选择出有利于西洋参愈伤组织生长、不利于胡萝卜愈伤组织生长的培养基(MS+2,4-D 1.14 mg/L+IAA 1.37 mg/L+ZT 0.47 mg/L),有利于胡萝卜愈伤组织生长、不利于西洋参愈伤组织生长的培养基(MS+2,4-D 3.30 mg/L+IAA 0.55 mg/L+ZT 0.29 mg/L)和同时满足两种植物愈伤组织生长的培养基(MS+2,4-D1.67 mg/L+IAA 0.98 mg/L+ZT 0.47 mg/L)。

Abstract:Experimental materials are cotyledon of American ginseng/s(Panax quinquefolium linne) seed embryo,hypocotyl of carrot/s(Daucus carota)seedling from seed.Experimental design is the orthogonal design combination with quadratic regression.The experiment has 17 treatments with 3 factors those were as follows: 2,4-D,IAA and ZT.Every factor supposed 5 levels.First,the regression parameters of the growth rate were carried out by SPSS statistical analysis software based on test results.Then,tendency diagrams of the growth rates for two plants callus were drawn up by the Matlab software.Finally,the media with different function were chosen.The callus of the American ginseng preferred the medium(MS+2,4-D1.14 mg/L +IAA1.37 mg/L+ZT0.47 mg/L).For the carrot,the greater rate of the callus growth was seen in the medium(MS+2,4-D 3.30 mg/L+IAA 0.55 mg/L+ZT 0.29 mg/L).The rate of induction and growth of callus for both American ginseng and carrot was higher in the medium(MS+ 2,4-D 1.67 mg/L+IAA 0.98 mg/L+ZT 0.47 mg/L).
