累积吸烟年数与血浆热休克蛋白70抗体关系的分析

目的研究吸烟与HSP70抗体间的关系。方法用Western blot免疫印迹法检测吸烟和不吸烟组血浆HSP70抗体水平，采用logistic回归分析HSP70抗体与吸烟之间的关系。结果吸烟者血浆HSP70抗体阳性检出率为33．3％，不吸烟者的为29．2％，但差异无统计学意义（χ^2=1．309，P=0．257）。随着累积吸烟年数的增加，血浆HSP70抗体阳性检出率有升高的趋势（χ^2=5．602，P=0．018），logistic回归分析显示，在排除年龄、性别的影响后仍显示累积吸烟年数与血浆HSP70抗体有关，累计吸烟年数与血浆HSP70抗体阳性率之间存在统计学意义上的关联（OR=1．218，P=0．018）。结论累积吸烟年数是引起血浆HSP70抗体水平的影响因素之一。

Relationship between cumulative smoking exposure and plasma HSP70 antibody

Objective To explore the relationship between the smoking and heat protein 70 shock （HSP70） antibody. Methods Plasma anti-HSP70 was determined with Western blotting technique in smoking and non-smoking groups. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between anti-HSP70 and smoking. Results It was found that incidence of plasma HSP70 antibody was 33.3 % in smoking group and 29.2 % in non-smoking group, but there is no significant difference （ χ^2 = 1. 309, P =0.257）. In strata analysis by cumulative year of smoking exposure, a significant increasing trend was observed between the incidence of plasma HSP70 antibody and cumulative smoking exposure year （ χ^2 = 5. 602, P = 0. 018 ）, The logistic regression model showed that cumulative smoking exposure years was the influential factor for HSP70 antibody after adjusted by age, sex. Cumulative year of smoking exposure is one of the influencing factor for HSP70 antibody （ OR = 1. 218, P = 0. 018）. Conclusions Cumulative smoking is one of risk factors for plasma HSP70 antibody.
