基于MATLAB/Simulink的随动控制系统建模与仿真

摘    要:文章先通过介绍随动控制系统的组成,然后对各组成部分进行数学建模,如:伺服电机、PWM脉宽功率放大器、增量式编码器等,得到整个随动控制系统的数学模型,再设计模型各环节的PID参数,最后通过MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真,得到整个系统的仿真结构图、不同频率输入信号的响应曲线和误差,并进行了带宽分析。通过仿真,验证了控制方案的正确性和可行性,满足设计输入要求。

Abstract:In the paper the composing of the random control system is introduced firstly.Then the mathematic models of different proportions such as servo motor,PWM servo amplifier and encoder are established,and the whole mathematic model is founded.Secondly,the PID parameters of different taches on different mathematic models are designed.Last but not least,through the simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink,the whole system simulation structure、response and error curve of different frequent input signals are founded.Through simulation,the correctness and feasibility of the controlling project are proved,and the project satisfied the designed inputting requirements.
