| 摘 要： | 主油箱运行的正常与否,直接关系到汽轮机的安全运行.在汽轮机试运过程中,针对主油箱的油位指示不正确和润滑油回油不畅的问题,进行了分析研究,故障原因是在施工中没有按照设计要求对排油烟风杌进行正确安装,对排油烟风机重新安装后,所出现问题得到解决,保证了汽轮机组的稳定运行.

| Abstract: | Normal operation for the main fuel tank is directly related to the safe operation of turbine.The problems of incorrect oil level indication and blocked lubricating oil return of the main fuel tank have been analyzed in the paper during the process of trial running.The reason is that oil fume exhauster was not properly installed based on the design requirement.When the oil fume exhauster has been reinstalled,all problems are solved so as to ensure the safety and stability of the steam turbine. |
