摘    要:根据可持续发展理论和我国电力工业的特征,初步界定了电力系统可持续发展的概念和内涵;在分析电力可持续发展系统要素的基础上,应用系统解释结构模型方法,对我国电力工业可持续发展进行了系统分析,构建了系统层次结构模型,给出了促进我国电力系统可持续发展的战略建议

Abstract:Based on the theory of sustainable development and the Characteristics of China's electric power systems,the concept and connotation of the sustainable development of China's power systems are defined.By using Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM)to analyze and describe the system structure,a hierarchical structure model for the sustainable development of Chine's power industry is formulated.After an analysis of the structure model proposed,suggestions for carrying out the sustainable development of the power industry of China are made.
