中低速磁悬浮列车电涡流间隙传感器设计

摘    要:针对中低速磁悬浮列车上使用的电涡流间隙传感器存在的问题,采用ADUC841和FPGA相结合的方式,设计了一种新型的电涡流间隙传感器。FPGA作为频率信号源,实现RS-485接口功能,模拟开关和低通滤波进行同步解调,改进检测线圈,增强抗干扰性。通过实验达到预期效果,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:This paper designed a new eddy current sensor based on ADUC841and FPGA probe for non-contact testing on gap detectability aimed at improving the problem of existing sensor in the low-speed maglev vehicle. FPGA regards as a waveform generator and realizes RS-485 communication interface conversion, analog switch was selected in order to synchronously demodulate and optimize coil shape to advance stability. The experimental results are presented to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the method.
