头孢吡肟与头孢他啶随机对照治疗细菌性感染的成本效果分析

目的：探讨头孢吡污与头孢他啶治疗细菌性感染所产生的经济效果。方法：根据文献选择细菌性感染的病人129例，随机分成头孢吡肟（A）组65例和头孢他啶（B）组64例分别给与治疗，运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行分析评价。结果：A组和B组有效率分别为92.3%及90.6%，痊愈率各为72.3%及68.8%。A组的成本-效果比在下呼吸道感染，尿路感染，腹腔和胆道感染，败血症方面均低于B组，结论：头孢吡肟在治疗敏感菌所致的下呼吸道感染，尿路感染，腹腔和胆道感染，败血症方面优于头孢他啶，是一种成本-效果较好的药物。

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Cefepime versus Ceftazidime in the Randomized Controlled Treatment of Bacterial Infections

Objective:To evaluate the cost-efficacy of cefepime and ceftazidime in the treat- ment of bacterial infections.Methods:One hundred and twenty nine patients with bacterial infec- tions were randomly divided into cefepime and ceftazidime groups and received therapeutic,to e- valate by pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis.Results:Clinical cure rates and total ef- fective rates were 72.3%,92.3% in the cefepime group,and 68.8%,90.6% in the ceftazidime group respectively,and cefepime's cost/effect was lower thean ceftazidime's in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection(LRTI),urinary tract infection (UTI),peritonitis,hepato-bil- iary infection and septicemia.Conclusion:Cefepime is better than ceftazidime in the treatment of LRTI,UTI,peritonitis,hepato-biliary infection and septicemia caused by sensitive pathogens, and is a good cost-effect drug.
