利深101井完井固井工艺技术

摘    要:利深101井是在胜利油区利津洼陷深层的勘探有重大发现的新利深1井之后,为了进一步探明济阳坳陷深层油藏含油气规模而设计钻探的一口评价探井。设计井深4400m,钻进过程中,克服了盐膏层、易坍塌等复杂地层、富含硫化氢气体等难题,在加深钻进65m之后,又有了重大发现。为保护新发现的油层和白云岩储气层,采用了尾管完井和筛管顶部注水泥固井工艺。通过优选悬挂器、分级箍、封隔器等特殊工具,优选加重抗高温水泥浆体 体系,精细组织施工,顺利完成了固井施工,达到了甲方的要求。该井的完井固井工艺及其措施,为胜利油田和中石化在新区、新带、新层领域的油气风险勘探提供了宝贵经验。

Abstract:Lishen101 well in Jiyang depression in Shengli oilfield is a exploratory well with design depth of 4400 meters. During its drilling, lots of difficulties are confronted and solved, such as salt-gypsum interval, sloughing formation and high density of H2S.While excess depth of 65 meters is drilled, new reservoir is found. In order to protect new reservoir and dolomitite gas-bearing reservoir, liner completion and cementing technology were adopted. By optimizing liner hanger, stage collar, external packer and weighting and anti-temperature cement slurry system, field cementing operation is completed successfully. The cementing practices in the Lishen101 well offered guidance for oil and gas exploration in new zone development of Shengli oilfield.
