摘    要:超临界锅炉爆管问题严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行,如何有效预防锅炉爆管是一个急迫的现实问题。引起锅炉爆管的因素很多,而安装过程是非常重要的环节。为此对在安装过程中如何有效预防锅炉爆管问题进行了系统的分析,并依据分析结果指导宁德发电厂一期工程3号机组超临界直流锅炉本体安装的实践,通过机组试运和移交后的生产运行,表明达到了有效预防爆管的目的。

Abstract:Supercritical boiler tube explosion is seriously affecting stable operation of generating unit.How to prevent tube explosion is an urgent problem at present.Many factors will cause boiler tube explosion,the installation is a very important one.Therefore analysis is performed as to how to prevent tube explosion during the installation process,and the analysis result is used to guide installation of the supercritical once through boiler body of unit 3 at Ningde Power Plant phase I.The trial operation of the unit and its production operation shows that the goal of tube explosion prevention has been achieved.
