不同途径冠状动脉造影的临床观察

摘    要:目的比较经桡动脉和股动脉途径进行冠状动脉造影的优缺点。方法112例在我院进行选择性冠状动脉造影的患者,按照经桡动脉和股动脉途径分为2组,比较其手术操作时间、X线暴露时间、使用导管数、成功率、并发症发生率并进行统计学处理。结果经桡动脉途径进行冠状动脉造影手术操作时间短、X线暴露时间短,使用导管数少、并发症发生率低,和股动脉途径比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05),成功率和股动脉途径比较无统计学意义。结论经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影,患者损伤小,X线暴露时间短、节省费用,是一个安全、可行、便捷的途径。

Clinical study of the coronary artery radiography via the femoral and radial artery

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the coronary artery radiography via the femoral and radial artery. Methods 112 cases who were given coronary artery radiography in our hospital were divided into two groups by the approach of the femoral and radial artery. The operating time, the X-ray irradiation time, the number of tubes used, the success rate and complication occurence were compared and the statistic analysis was made. Results The analysis showed that with the coronary artery radiography via the radial artery, the operating time and the X-ray irradiation time was reduced. The number of tubes used was fewer. The rate of the complication occurrence was lower. There was significant difference compared with the femoral artery approach ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There wase no significant difference in the success rate. Conclusion The results show that with the coronary artery radiography via the radial artery, the damage is small, there is less X-ray irradiation exposure time and the expenses are also lower. The method is safe,feasible and convenient.
