新中国中国共产党与西方社会党的关系流变与启示

新中国成立后,中国共产党与西方社会党的关系经历了全面对立与个别接触、党际关系的全面展开、党际关系的挫折与全面发展三个阶段。从我党与西方社会党的关系流变中看出,由于我党作为执政党的特殊地位,发展党际关系要超越意识形态、服从于国家利益、服务于国家关系。冷战后,随着世界政治格局的转变与全球性问题的日益凸显,党际关系从政党的类型和数量急剧增加、政党的国际行为能力不断增强、政党掌控国家的对外政策三个层面加深了对国际关系的影响。
