摘    要:分布式馈线自动化不依赖于主站的大量计算,仅采用局部网络拓扑分析实现快速故障处理。通过分析在智能配电终端中适应分布式馈线自动化需求的拓扑结构,并对IEC 61968、IEC 61970和IEC 61850的模型进行比较,找出配电主站全网拓扑模型与智能配电终端局部拓扑模型之间的差异。结合分布式FA的局部拓扑需求,建立智能配电终端局部拓扑模型和配电主站全系统拓扑模型,并通过模型转换实现局部拓扑模型的自维护。

Abstract:Distributed feeder automation(FA)does not rely on a large number of calculations at the primary station for fast local fault handling using only local network topology analysis.Based on analyzing topology for adapting to distributed feeder automation requirements in intelligent power distribution terminals,and comparing models of international standards such as IEC 61968,IEC 61970,and IEC 61850,the difference is found out between the whole network topology model of the power distribution main station and the local topology model of the intelligent power distribution terminal.Combining the local topology requirements of distributed FA,the local topology model of intelligent power distribution terminal and a system-wide topology model of power distribution main station are established.And self-maintenance of local topology model is implemented through model transformation.
