服务业中的成组技术

摘    要:不仅传统的服务业在快速发展,而且制造业本身也在向服务业拓展.服务业提供的是“无形”的、变化多端的、个性化很强的服务.本文基于成组技术的思想,对服务业中的成组技术进行了分析,包括:①面向服务分工的成组技术.这是一种模块化、专业化的服务分工,在服务分工中需要将相似的服务内容归类在一起;②面向服务内容的成组技术.为了提高服务的效率,对服务通过成组化、标准化、规范化流程形成一种可以复制、配置、重用的能力,其要点是将组成服务的各种流程、动作、角色等要素进行分离,然后成组化、模块化和标准化,在此基础上根据用户的需要配置成多样化和个性化的服务.服务业中的成组技术有其自己的特点.

Abstract:In the paper, the group technology in service indus- try is analysed, such as: (1) the group technology for the division of service labor which is modularization and specialization. The similar service content should be classified together in the division of service labor;(2) the group technology for the content of serv- ice. In order to raise the efficiency of service, the reproductive, configurable and reusable service capability should be set up based on the standardization procedure. At first, the various procedures, actions and roles should be separated, then they are standardized and modularized. On this base, diversification and individuation service is configured according to the need of user. There is own characteristics for the group technology in service industry.
