| 摘 要： | 吴门医派是中医学一个重要的学术流派,吴医对杂病的诊治独具特点:运用"久病入络"、"久痛入络"、"主客交"等络病理论指导脾胃病临床实践,每获良效。现以"络病理论"为切入点,梳理并总结明清吴门医家现存古籍医案中治疗脾胃病的思路和实践,以期更好地指导当前脾胃病的诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Wumen Medical School is a famous academic school in TCM.Doctors of Wumen Medical School have special methods in treatment of miscellaneous diseases.They use innovative theories such as "chronic disease transforming to collaterals" and "chronic pain transforming to collaterals" to cure stomach disease and gain good effects.Now by teasing and summarizing the thoughts and practice in treating stomach and spleen diseases in existing Wumen ancient books through "collaterals theory" in order to promote the diagnosis and treatment of the spleen and stomach diseases. |
