佳苏仑用于全麻术后催醒及拮抗呼吸抑制的临床观察

目的：观察佳苏仑用于金麻术后病人催醒及拮抗呼吸抑制的临床效果。方法：观察32例全麻病人，待术毕，佳苏仑1－2mg／kg用50％葡萄糖稀释成10毫升。缓慢静注，必要时10－15分钟后追加平量或全量，观察用药前后病人苏醒情况及病人血压、心率、血氧饱合度。结果：静脉注射佳苏仑后2分钟、6分钟、10分钟别有5例、18例、4例病人达到拔管指征。病人呼吸频率，血氧饱合度同用药前相比有明显改善，（P＜0．01），而收缩压，舒张压，心率则无明显改善（P＞0．05）。结论：佳苏仑是一种非特异性呼吸兴奋药和回苏药，能使全麻病人迅逝清醒且对心率，血压影响不大，临床应用意义很大。

The clinical Obervation on Doxapramin Awaking and Antagonizing respiratory inhibition after operation with general anesthesia

To observe the clinical effects of Doxapram on awaking and antagonizing respiratory inhibiion after operation with general anesthesia.Method:32 cases of patients with general anesthisa were observed.After operations,1-2mg/lg of Dorxapram,diluted with glucose into 10ml,was injected into the veins slowly.If necessary,half dosage of whole dosage of Foxapram was given again 10 to 15 minutes later.The awaking of the patients was observed before andafter adminstration of Doxapramin.The blood pressure respiration heart rate and bolld oxygen satuation were also examined.Results:2;6 and 10 minutes after intrarvencous injection of Doxapram.5;18 and 4 patients showed the indication of decannulation respectively As compared wiht those before administration,respiratory rate and hlood oxygen saturation were improved significant (P<0.01).It can awaken the patients rapidly after anesthesia and have little imfhiConclosion:Doxapram is a nonspecific stumulant ofrespiration and analeptic(P>0.05).It can awaken the patients raidly after anesthesia and have little influence on beart rate and blood pressure.There is grest significance in clinical application.
