PDCA循环法在医院感染护理管理中的应用价值

目的探析PDCA循环法在医院感染护理管理中的应用价值。方法将2017年1月至2018年1月在我院住院治疗但未实施PDCA循环法护理管理的70例患者作为对照组,将2018年2月至2019年2月在我院住院治疗且接受PDCA循环法护理管理的70例患者作为观察组。比较两组患者的医院感染发生情况及满意度。比较两组医护人员防范意识评分及对防护措施的执行情况。结果观察组的侵入性操作感染、呼吸道感染、针刺伤发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的感染防范意识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员对防护措施的执行率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在医院感染护理管理中应用PDCA循环法,可降低医院感染的发生率,增强护理人员的防范意识,提高患者的满意度。

Application value of PDCA circulation method in nursing management of nosocomial infection

Objective To explore the application value of PDCA circulation method in nursing management of nosocomial infection. Methods Seventy patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 but did not receive PDCA circulation nursing management were taken as control group, and 70 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 and received PDCA circulation nursing management were taken as observation group. The nosocomial infection and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.The score of prevention awareness and the implementation of protection measures of medical staff betweem the two groups were compared. Results The incidences of invasive operation infection, respiratory tract infection and needle injury in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The score of infection prevention awareness of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The implementation rate of protective measures of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The patients’ satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation method applied to nursing management of nosocomial infection can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection, enhance the prevention awareness of nursing staff and improve the satisfaction of patients.
