摘 要: | 利用Pluronic多元醇聚醚L35与双酚A型环氧树脂反应,然后按一定比例加入活性稀释剂,制得环氧灌浆材料A组分;由2-甲氧基-4-甲基苯酚、三甲基六甲撑二胺与多聚甲醛反应制得酚醛胺类固化剂为B组分.该环氧灌浆材料的抗压强度在2d时可达到16 MPa,7d时可达到67 MPa,其固结体28 d的各项力学性能均达到JC/T 1041-2007标准的要求.

Abstract: | By the reaction of Pluronic polyether polyols L35 with bisphenol A type epoxy resin, and then adding a certain proportion of reactive diluent, the A component of epoxy grouting material is prepared. Phenolic amine curing agent as B component is prepared by the reaction of 2-methoxy-4-methyl phenol, trimethyl hexamethylene diamine with formaldehyde. The compressive strength of the epoxy resin grouting material can reach 16 MPa in 2 days and 67 MPa in 7 days, and the mechanical properties of grouting soil in 28 days meets the requirements of the standard JCIT 1041--2007. |
