摘    要:以TDI为扩链剂和高亲水性聚醚多元醇反应,得到聚氨酯预聚体,再和MDI聚合成环保型亲水性聚氨酯注浆堵水材料.探讨了该材料的反应原理和TDI用量对其特性的影响,指出随着扩链剂TDI用量的增大,该材料的密度、黏度及发泡率均先降低后升高,包水性和凝胶时间先上升后下降;当异氰酸根指数R1为1.5、R2为7时,该材料的综合性能最优.

Study on Synthesis of Hydrophilic Polyurethane Grouting and Water-blocking Material with TDI as Chain Extender

Abstract:Polyurethane pre-polymer was synthesized by reacting hydrophilic polyether polyol and TDI, and then the pre- polymer was reacted with MDI to get environment-friendly type hydrophilie polyurethane grouting and water-blocking material. In this article the reaction mechanism and the effect of TDI dosage on properties of the material was studied. The results showed that with the increasing of TDI dosage, the density, viscosity and foaming capasity of the material were initially decreased and then increased, while water absorption capasity and gel time both increased in the beginning and then decreased. When the isocyanate index Ri was 1.5 and R2 was 7, this material had excellent combination properties.
