| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of PTEN in acute myeloid leukemia(AML) and its effect on the prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemistry(S-P) was used to detect PTEN expression in bone marrow mononuclear cells of untreated AML(45 cases) and controls(40 cases,including 10 cases of normal bone marrow and 30 cases of non-hematologic malignancies).Analysis was conducted on the association of PTEN with the amountly of peripheral blood leukocytes and specific fusion gene and prognosis of the disease was traced.Resul... |
