基于ADAMS的某柴油机配气机构动力特性的研究

摘    要:为研究16PA6STC型柴油机配气机构系统动态特性,首先介绍了该型柴油机配气机构的工作原理,并用ADAMS软件与PRO/Engineer软件建立了动力学模型,在此基础上对该机配气机构进行了运动仿真分析,得到了进、排气门等关键部件的位移、速度、加速度以及受力等运动学和力学参数。将仿真数据与理论数据对比,验证了动力学模型的准确性,进而分析了不同柴油机转速对气门速度的影响,为进一步有限元结构分析以及系统优化提供了基础。

Abstract:In order to study the dynamic characteristic of 16 PA6STC diesel engine valve train,the working principle of the ongine valve train was introduce first in the paper,and then a dynamic model was built using ADAMS software and PRO/Engineer software.
