| 摘 要： | 针对国内大多数加工中心主轴松刀机构都是将松刀力沿轴向作用在主轴轴承上的情况,设计了一种主轴松刀卸荷机构。该机构能有效改善主轴轴承的受力情况,从而延长了主轴轴承的使用寿命,保证了机床的加工精度。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the situation that tool release force will act on the spindle bearings along the axial role in most machining center spindles,a tool release and unloading mechanism is designed.The force situation of the spindle bearing can be effectively improved,the service life of the spindle bearings can be extended and the machining accuracy can be ensured by using the mechanism. |
