电力工业节能减排政策及现状分析

电力工业是节能减排的重点行业之一,几年来国家及各级政府出台一系列相关政策,加大电力结构的调整,上大压小,提高节能降耗水平,控制污染物排放等,使电力行业节能减排取得了一定成效,各项节能减排指标都有了较大的改善,本文介绍了电力行业节能减排的现状,在此基础上,指出仍然存在的问题,并提出进一步加强节能减排的措施和建议。

Current Status of Energy-saving and Emission-reduction in Electric Power Industry

In energy Saving and emission reduction, the electric power industry is one of the most concerned industries. In recent years, the series policies have been implemented by state and/or local government in order to strengthen the power structure adjustment. With licensing large units and shutting down small ones and improving the ability of energy - saving and pollutant discharge control, power industry in energy-saving has made great progress, the energy conservation and emission reduction index have greatly improved. In this paper , the current status of energy - saving and emission - reduction in power industry were introduced . Based on the introduction, some existing problems were pointed out and various measures for energy -saving and emission -reduction were proposed.
