天麻中天麻素标准物质的研制

摘    要:以天麻提取液为基本原料,建立了完备的高纯度天麻素高效制备液相色谱方法,制备了天麻素标准物质,并以紫外、红外、质谱、核磁共振波谱对其进行结构表征。以高效液相色谱法结合面积归一化法对该标准物质进行了均匀性、稳定性检验和8家实验室联合定值。结果表明,该标准物质均匀性较好,同时在0~4 ℃储存条件下2年内稳定性良好,定值结果显示其纯度标准值达到99.7%,置信水平为95%时的扩展不确定度为0.6%(k=2)。该标准物质达到了国内标准物质研制的技术要求,可为天麻及其相关产品分析检测结果的准确性、可比性和溯源性提供保证。

Abstract:In this paper we discussed the development method of gastrodin reference material from the extract of Gastrodia elata. The qualitative analysis of gastrodin was identified by UV, IR, MS and NMR spectrum. The inspection of uniformity, stability and value measurement of 8 qualified laboratories was carried out by HPLC combined with area normalization. The results showed the uniformity of this reference material is good. The material is stable in 2 years under 0~4 ℃ storage conditions. The purity of this material is 99.7% with the expanded uncertainty of 0.6% (k=2) in the confidence interval of 95%. The reference material meets the technical requirements for the development of domestic reference materials. It can provide assurance for the accuracy, comparability and traceability of the analytical results of Gastrodia elata and its related products.
