消痞愈萎汤联合埋线疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎并肠上皮化生临床研究

目的:观察消痞愈萎汤联合埋线疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎并肠上皮化生临床价值。方法:选取我院2015年1月～2018年3月收治的110例慢性萎缩性胃炎并肠上皮化生患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,对照组患者(55例)采取常规西医治疗,观察组患者(55例)在对照组治疗基础上联合消痞愈萎汤及埋线疗法治疗,对比两组患者疗效、治疗前后患者病理组织学积分及中医证候积分、不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(98.18%)显著高于对照组(87.27%),P<0.05;治疗前两组患者病理组织学积分及中医证候积分相当(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者病理组织学积分及中医证候积分均改善,观察组积分改善优于对照组,P<0.01;观察组药物不良反应率为3.64%,低于对照组14.55%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:消痞愈萎汤联合埋线疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎并肠上皮化生疗效显著,患者症状改善,恢复好,药物副反应少,安全性高,值得推广及应用。

Clinical Study of Using Xiaopi Yuwei Decoction Combined with Catgut Embedding Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Intestinal Metaplasia

Objective: To explore the clinical value of using Xiaopi Yuwei Decoction combined with catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia. Methods: 110 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis and intestinal epithelium in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and controlled group. The patients in the controlled group(55 cases) adopted routine western medicine treatment,patients in the observation group(55 cases) was given Xiaopi Decoction and wilt catgut embedding therapy on the basis of the controlled group,compared the effect of the two groups of patients with histopathological score and TCM syndrome score,adverse reaction. Results: The total efficiency of the observation group(98.18%) was significantly higher than the controlled group(87.27%),P<0.05. The two groups of patients before treatment of pathological score and TCM syndrome score equivalent(P>0.05),after treatment in patients with pathological score and TCM syndrome score were improved,the observation group score was better than the controlled group,P<0.01. Drug adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.64%,14.55% lower than the controlled group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Xiaopi Yuwei Decoction combined with catgut embedding therapy is effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia. It has better symptoms,better recovery,fewer side effects and high safety. It is worthy of popularization and application.
