摘    要:研究了以矿渣、粉煤灰和废平板玻璃为原材料制备泡沫玻璃的可行性,通过改变烧结温度和时间、发泡温度和时间等工艺参数,探讨了温度制度对矿渣泡沫玻璃性能的影响。按推荐的最佳工艺参数制备的矿渣泡沫玻璃性能优良,抗压强度可达到9.2MPa,表观密度887kg/m^3,吸水率0.30%,可作为墙体(非承重)材料使用。

Abstract:The feasibility of preparing foamed glass used slag, fly ash and waste rejected glass as basic material was investigated. The effect of temperature parameters on properties of slag foamed glass by changing the processing parameters such as sintering temperature, sintering time, foaming temperature and foaming time was discussed. The properties of slag foamed glass preparing with the recommended best processing parameters was perfect. This material can be used as non-bearing wall material which the compression strength can reach 9.2MPa, the apparent density is 887 kg/m^3 and the water absorption is 0.30%.
